 To become a referee affiliated with the USSF you must be certified by your specific state’s specific referee association. For Washington, the organization is WASRC. 

The next step is to create an account here. You will automatically be directed to the next step for verification.

After creating an account, you must register for an online New Referee Pre Clinic. You can also register for a required In-person clinic at this time, but it is recommended you wait as completing the online clinic is required.
